Services

In short: On the Website, you can find information about medical services and clinics that provide them. We connect patients with medical centers and assist in obtaining their services.

Our Services

The Website is a platform that provides users with information about medical services and clinics where they are available (“clinics” or “medical centers“).

On the Website, you can:

  • Find information about medical centers, doctors, and the services they provide.
  • Receive consultations from our coordinator regarding clinics, doctors, and services.
  • Get assistance in choosing the best medical solution specifically for you.

Family Pathway does not appoint specific clinics or doctors to users but provides a list based on their request. We do our best to help find the best option, considering language, country, medical needs, financial preferences, and other user circumstances. Additionally, we connect Family Pathway patients with their chosen center, assist in communication with them, help organize trips for medical services, and provide support even after returning home. Throughout your interaction with the Website, you are supported by Family Pathway coordinators, the majority of whom are qualified medical specialists.

Family Pathway is not a representative of clinics and does not guarantee the quality of their services or specialization. We do not act as intermediaries between patients and medical centers, nor do we provide medical services ourselves. Any information on the Website is not medical advice and cannot be used as guidance for action.

  • Presence of educational centers.

4. Response Time of the medical center to patient inquiries.

5. Service Level for Foreign Patients:

  • Availability of a dedicated medical coordinator and translator.
  • Transfer services.

  • Assistance with visa arrangements and more.

6. Patient Feedback on treatment at the clinic, both on the clinic’s website and publicly available on third-party review websites.
